Bernard Joseph, Chairman of the Board

With an engineering background (X - ENSAE), Bernard Joseph performed several activities before founding MetaWare. In 1970, he became Chief Executive Officer of SERTI and was involved in the creation of the Groupement Français d'Informatique (GFI - French IT Group), whose Board of Directors he chaired from 1976 to 1982. He acquired international experience within the Thomson group until 1986. He then moved on to direct the IT activities of the Charbonnage de France group and chaired the CDFI. In 1990, Bernard Joseph founded International Consulting Partners (INCOPAR), a strategy and marketing consulting company aimed at information technology companies. In 1995, he partnered with Jean-Luc Bellet to create MetaWare, that he now chairs.

Jean-Luc Bellet, Chief Executive Officer

As an engineer (Sup Télécom), Jean-Luc Bellet first got to grip with new technologies in the Thomson group laboratories (LER).
In 1994, he integrated AT&T's Bell Labs in New Jersey. For a number of years, he contributed to the design and development of UNIX System V (SVR4.x). On his return to Europe, he first created AT&T's IT activity in France, followed by a joint venture between Stéria and Unix System Laboratories (USL) to launch the Tuxedo technology.
In 1993, after the buyout of USL by Novell, he created OpenWare Consulting and dedicated himself to new technology training, consulting and engineering.
In 1995, he joined forces with Bernard Joseph, with whom he had worked at the start of his career in the Thomson Group, to create MetaWare Technologies.

Bertrand Glandier, VP Sales and Marketing

Bertrand is responsible for all of Metaware sales, presales and marketing efforts. Prior to his current role, Bertrand has held multiple management and presales roles at Metaware, including managing project delivery and pressales teams.

Prior to MetaWare, Bertrand held several positions including technology consulting and sales, at MiFund, Cap Gemini and Cambridge Technology Partners. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from HEC.

Xavier Glikson, Delivery Director

Xavier is responsible for project delivery at Metaware.
