Industrialization Office
The IO (Industrialization Office) refers to the organization and all resources involved in performing the industrialization of our customers' and partners' projects.
The IO's mission is to design (scaling phase), develop (industrialization phase), roll out (pre-production phase) and manage (production phase) the processes and associated means, in accordance with the previously defined industrialization requirements.
IO's mission
In other words, the IO's mission is to provide user service centers with the coordinated software and structured process, the performance it shall permanently monitor, manage and improve (in accordance with industrialization requirements).
Beyond the industrialization phase, i.e. during the production phases, the functions of the IO therefore include the management of production unit performance.
The management of production unit performance
- periodical process performance measurement monitoring
relative to industrialization requirements (productivity, reliability, etc.), - support to production teams in place
- regular auditing of processes implemented by the teams: skills, organization, execution
- definition and implementation of suggestions for improvement
(continuous improvement) of performance
To fulfill its missions, the industrialization office uses the support of a local echelon of the industrialization office within the production unit itself. This local echelon is comprised of resources belonging to the license-holder.
