Industrialization phase

As a general rule, this phase comprises:

design and development (R&D) of the specific solution for the project
possible adaptation of production processes to the specific requirements of your project (language, organization, technique)
calibration of the tools and processes developed on the basis of a subset of the asset to migrate (pre-production subset)
skill transfer suited to the needs of your project, taking into account the specific abilities of the personnel in charge of production.
